NEW PATIENT DENTAL CARE IN LOUISVILLE
Join the ADC Family in Louisville
What to Expect at Your First Visit
Plan on 60–75 minutes. We’ll review your medical history, take digital X-rays, do a full periodontal screening, and finish with a thorough cleaning and exam. Your dentist will walk through any findings and answer your questions before you leave — no rushing, no surprises.
Booking online? You’ll get a link to complete your new-patient forms right from your phone before you arrive — most patients finish them in a few minutes.
What to bring: a photo ID, your insurance card, and a list of current medications.
Insurance & Payment Options
We accept most major dental insurance — including Delta Dental, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna, Humana, MetLife, and Guardian — and we verify your benefits before treatment so you know your out-of-pocket up front.
- Major insurance accepted — most PPO networks
- ADC Membership Plan — for uninsured patients, routine preventive care for a flat annual fee (less than $1 a day)
- Cherry financing — flexible monthly payments for larger treatments; apply in minutes
- HSA/FSA, cash, and credit cards — always accepted
